THE FALL SECOND INSTALLMENT IS DUE MIDNIGHT, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2020. A 10% penalty has been applied to 2018 payable 2019 Fall delinquencies and is due with your Spring installment on MONDAY, May 11, 2020. Although the Treasurer's Office does not set up official payment plans, we do accept payments of any amount and at any time to help taxpayer's with their personal or family budgets. TO GET A PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT RECEIPT, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, along with the bottom portion of the payment coupon sheet (which says "FOR A RECEIPT, RETURN THIS PORTION WITH A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE WHEN MAKING A PAYMENT" on the reverse). That bottom portion(Copy C), which constitutes the official receipt for both installments, will be returned to you in that envelope.
